Dr. Emily Zeisler
Dr. Emily Zeisler grew up in Fostoria, a small town in Northwest Ohio, but established a connection to Lake Erie growing up, creating some of her favorite memories spending summers visiting Port Clinton. From high school, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in English at The Ohio State University, while building a strong background in the sciences in preparation for a career in healthcare. As Emily learned more about the blend of artistry and science in the dental field, as well as the lasting patient and community relationships, she was drawn to the profession and went on to earn her doctoral degree in dentistry at Ohio State in 2009.
After graduating as a general dentist, Dr. Emily started her career with the National Health Service Corps, providing care to underserved populations in Ohio’s Appalachian counties. Emily relocated to the Cleveland area in 2013, where she has worked in general private practice as well as a pediatric dental office. Emily is dedicated to maintaining personal, quality-focused care for the entire family at River Dental Arts. She believes the entire RDA staff plays a critical role in empowering patients to make educated decisions about their oral health.
Dr. Zeisler lives in Lakewood with her husband, Eric, her two young children, Harry and Hazel, and their lovable, strange-looking dog, Eddie. Besides spending time with her family, Dr. Zeisler is an avid reader, an environmental enthusiast, and lover of adventures in the Metroparks and along the shores of Lake Erie.
