PRACTICE MANAGER

Rachel is the Office Practice Manager and has extensive experience at River Dental Arts, as a clinical assistant and in her role as Practice Manager. Rachel started her dental career 32 years ago after completing her training at Cleveland State University. At the office, Rachel is known for her helpfulness to staff and patients alike; she enjoys helping patients understand their dental treatment and navigate their dental insurances. When she is not working, she enjoys kayaking, cooking, reading, and listening to music.

EXPANDED FUNCTIONS DENTAL AUXILIARY

Nicole received her training as an Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary at Case Western Reserve University and has been practicing in the dental field for over twelve years. Nicole loves the artistic aspect of being an EFDA as well as being able to give patients their smiles back. Nicole is an animal lover, and has several pets including two dogs, two cats, and a bearded dragon. When Nicole is not at work, she spends time playing video games, making crafts, and completing house projects.

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Brittany is our Patient Care Coordinator and has been working at River Dental Arts since 2021. She enjoys helping patients in person and over the phone with their dental needs. Brittany is often the first contact that new patients make with our office and is appreciated for her helpfulness and welcoming demeanor. When she is not at work, Brittany loves to draw and paint, cook, and care for her many animals. Brittany enjoys relaxing walks through Cleveland’s many Metroparks, her favorite being the Rocky River Reservation.

DENTAL HYGIENIST

Dana has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for ten years. She enjoys her job caring for patients of all ages, especially children, and helping them achieve their oral health goals. Dana is a recipient of the Colgate Community Service Award. Her free time is spent with her two young sons and her husband Eric. They all love keeping up with the latest Marvel Movies and going to the theater for new releases Dana loves all that Cleveland has to offer, including the West Side Market and Cleveland Zoo.

DENTAL HYGIENIST

Rosie is a Registered Dental Hygienist who started her career thirty two years ago, originally as a dental assistant. She is a delegate for the Ohio Dental Hygienist Association and stays very active in dentistry. Meeting new patients and connecting with them are her favorite parts of being a hygienist. She spends her free time with her family, three cats, and babysitting her two young grandchildren. She loves the theater and has had a Broadway Series membership for many years.

DENTAL HYGIENIST

Anna is a Registered Dental Hygienist who completed her training at Tri-C; she has been in dentistry since 2009. Her favorite aspect of providing care is meeting new patients and making a positive impact on their health. Anna resides in Lakewood with her husband and pets: a Great Dane named Gemma, an Australian Cattle Dog named Meenda, a cat named Cleoh, (named after Cleveland, OH). and three hens named Ruby, Chewie, and Karma. Anna loves supporting local businesses, visiting the museums, and going to the Metroparks and Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Sara, an enthusiastic and skilled Dental Assistant, joined us in 2023. Her career in dentistry started at the front desk. Sara’s people skills and desire to apply her artistic talents to the profession led her to dental assisting. In her free time, Sara loves creating art in various mediums, taking bike rides, and playing video games.  She has a crested gecko named Pam and a goldfish named Pepper. What Sara loves the most about the Cleveland area is the variety of restaurants and cultures to experience. One of her favorite locations in CLE is Koko Bakery in Asia town.
